Are you a Deputy care home manager who has helped run a larger nursing home and are looking for your next step into leadership and management? My client is looking for someone who can lead from the front, guiding newly qualified care staff.

The role:

  • Working Monday to Friday, supernumerary only
  • You will have full control over the care home and its operations
  • Care plan management
  • Auditing and budgeting will be part of your role
