Our long-standing client is looking for a Senior Nurse / Clinical Lead who has experience leading a team of nurses and care staff for a large home near Llandaff in Cardiff.
As a nurse (RGN/RMN), you will be in charge of the following clinical areas and expertise:
- Wound care
- Catheterisation
- Venepuncture
- Peg Feed
- Syringe drivers
- Care plans
- Medication management
The home runs on residential, nursing, and dementia care with 90 beds across 4 floors. This role offers supernumerary hours only; however, you will be required to work some floor shifts when needed. You will also be responsible for care plan management and managing staff to drive forward a strong clinical presence in the home.
