Are you a patient and empathetic tutor looking to make a difference in a student's life? We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide personalised tutoring sessions for students with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) such as Autism (ASD), Social Emotional Mental Health (SEMH) including Anxiety, and Children Looked After (CLA) of all abilities and age groups from Early Years to KS5.
Responsibilities:- Provide tailored tutoring sessions focusing on core subjects (English, Maths and Science).
- Create a supportive and encouraging learning environment to boost the students' confidence and engagement.
- Offer guidance and assistance with writing tasks, providing structured prompts and feedback as needed.
- Collaborate with the student's home and school resources, including materials provided by the school and other educational portals.
- Flexibility in tutoring locations, including home tutoring and sessions in Hereford.
- Maintain open communication with the student and family to ensure their needs and concerns are addressed effectively.
- Rates: £30 per hour
- Located in: Hereford
- Start Date: ASAP
