Our long standing client are looking for a Senior night nurse who have experience leading a team of night nurse and care staff for a large home in Cardiff As a nurse, RGN/RMN you will be in charge of the following clinical areas and expertise Wound care Catheterisation Venepuncture Peg Feed Syringe drivers Care plans Medication management The home runs on residential, nursing and dementia with 90 beds across 4 floors, this role offers Night hours only however you will be required to work some floor shifts when needed, Care plan management and managing staff to drive forward a strong clinical presents in the home.
