About the Role
We are recruiting experienced Senior Support Workers to support young people aged 11–19 with Autism, severe learning difficulties, and associated behaviours. The role involves providing physical and emotional support across classroom, residential, and off-site settings.
Key responsibilities include:
- Promoting independence and personal development
- Supporting behaviour management and daily routines
- Maintaining a safe, stable, and caring environment

- Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Requirements

- Ability to work long shifts within a structured rota

- Level 3 QCF in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
Mandatory:
- Enhanced DBS with children and adults’ barred list checks
