Suppleo Education are seeking enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to work across a range of secondary schools in Rhondda Cynon Taf. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates, aspiring PGCE applicants, or individuals with strong classroom experience. A driving licence is preferred, or you must have reliable access to public transport.
Responsibilities
- Supervise classes and deliver set work in line with school policies
- Manage behaviour and promote a calm, focused classroom environment
- Support students with tasks, answering questions and encouraging engagement
- Provide basic feedback to teaching staff on lesson progress
- Assist with general TA duties when needed
