Our long-standing client is seeking a Senior Nurse / Clinical Lead with experience leading a team of nurses and care staff for a large home near Llandaff in Cardiff. As a registered nurse (RGN/RMN) you will be in charge of the following clinical areas and expertise:
- Wound care
- Catheterisation
- Venepuncture
- Peg feeding
- Syringe drivers
- Care plans
- Medication management
The home operates residential, nursing and dementia care with 90 beds across four floors. This role offers supernumerary hours only but may require occasional floor shifts to support staff and maintain a strong clinical presence.
