Our long-standing client is looking for a Senior Nurse / Clinical Lead who has experience leading a team of nurses and care staff for a large home near Llandaff in Cardiff.

As a nurse, RGN/RMN you will be in charge of the following clinical areas and expertise:

  • Wound care
  • Catheterisation
  • Venepuncture
  • Peg Feed
  • Syringe drivers
  • Care plans
  • Medication management

The home runs on residential, nursing and dementia with 90 beds across 4 floors. This role offers supernumerary hours only; however, you will be required to work some floor shifts when needed, care plan management and managing staff to drive forward a strong clinical presence in the home.
