The Role: We are currently in search of a talented and creative Social Media Executive to bolster our group marketing team. As an SMC, your core mission will be to bring creativity to our brands through the production of polished photo, video and written content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the comprehensive social media initiatives for our portfolio of brands.
- Develop and curate platform-specific content, including videos, images, blogs, and posts, ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
- Strategise and implement measures to enhance the digital engagement and growth of our channels.
- Analyse and determine the optimal social media platforms for each brand, tailoring content to resonate with target demographics.
- Provide data-driven insights regarding the performance and trajectory of our channels, identifying growth areas and points of enhancement.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders.
- Collaboratively work with internal teams to maximise content opportunities, ensuring alignment with Forza's brand values.
Qualifications And Experience:
- Previous experience in managing social media platforms is essential.
- Proficiencies include video creation, graphic design, image editing, and copywriting.
- A degree in media or a related field is advantageous, though significant hands-on experience is equally valued.
- Your portfolio should reflect a history of successful social media management and engagement.
- Proficiency in platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube is expected.

Compensation: Offering a competitive package between £23,000 and £28,000 per annum DOE.
Location: This is an office-based position requiring your presence 5 days a week in our Ashford office.
