- A degree in food science, chemistry, or a related field, proving your dedication to learning and excellence (equivalent handsâon experience in a similar role will also be considered).
- A minimum of 1 year's experience in New Product Development in the Nutrition/Food Supplement/Sports Nutrition Industry.
- Exposure to or a solid understanding of the ins and outs of regulations for food supplements, especially in the UK/EU and other markets like the Middle East.
- Ability to explain complex scientific formulations in a clear and tangible way.
- Adaptable, collaborative, creative and the ability to work autonomously.
- Ability to carry out cuttingâedge research and set new standards in formulation development.
