The Role
We are looking for a driven and personable Senior Video Editor and Videographer to join our talented team and support our ongoing success. This full‑time, permanent role (after a successful 3‑month contract period) offers a rare opportunity to shape and elevate video storytelling at the forefront of the global superyacht and luxury lifestyle industry. As Senior Video Editor and Videographer, you will oversee the end‑to‑end video production process, ensuring the consistent delivery of exceptional, bespoke video content for the global superyacht and luxury industry. Sitting at the heart of our in‑house production team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping visual storytelling, setting creative standards, and mentoring fellow creatives while remaining hands‑on throughout every stage of production.
Your work will span a diverse and prestigious range of projects, from cinematic long‑form documentaries and premium brand films to fast‑turnaround social and digital content. A key highlight of the role will be your involvement in the Dominican Republic Superyacht Rendezvous, where you will help bring the destination and event to life through compelling, high‑end visual storytelling capturing yachts, people, experiences, and place in a way that resonates with a global luxury audience. Your first job will be a 80m yacht shoot in the Dominican Republic and shooting at a luxury resort in the DR.

Key Responsibilities
- Creative Leadership & Strategy
- Lead the creative vision and execution of all video content, ensuring alignment with brand and project objectives
- Collaborate with editorial, design, and marketing teams to conceptualise and develop compelling video storytelling
- Oversee the style, tone, and quality of video output across platforms
- Production & Filming
- Plan, manage, and execute video shoots
- Operate cameras and production equipment, ensuring high standards of lighting, sound, and visual composition
- Must be able to operate a drone
- Travel globally to support productions and assist on film trips
- Editing & Post‑Production
- Edit video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, delivering both long‑form and short‑form content
- Lead the editing of flagship projects
- Cut features in fast‑paced environments while maintaining premium quality
- Edit audio, grade footage, and cut effectively to music
- Work closely with in‑house designers on motion graphics, titles, and visual elements
- Project & Asset Management
- Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines
- Organise and maintain large volumes of footage and digital assets to ensure efficient workflows
- Ensure all video content meets technical specifications and is optimised for various platforms and devices
Requirements
- Must be available to join us in the Dominican Republic between 13th February and 22nd February
- Must have a valid passport
- Extensive experience in video production, editing, and videography
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Proven experience producing both long‑form documentary content and short‑form social media video
- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition
- Experience in photography to support videography work
- Excellent organisational and time‑management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate creative ideas
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with creative teams
