The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a career in commercial growth, luxury events and business development. Working directly with the Director, you'll play a key role in supporting the commercial growth of Superyachts.com and our portfolio of luxury events. From generating qualified leads and supporting outreach activity to attending international events and assisting with client communications, no two days are the same. This is not a traditional sales role. Rather than cold calling, you'll support lead generation, commercial projects and relationship management while gaining valuable exposure to the superyacht and wider luxury industries.
Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified leads and identify new commercial opportunities
- Support outreach activity and follow-up communications
- Assist with client communications and relationship management
- Prepare presentations, proposals and supporting commercial materials
- Support commercial projects across Superyachts.com and our portfolio of luxury events
- Maintain accurate records of leads, clients and ongoing opportunities
- Work closely with the Director to support business development initiatives
Events:
- Support the planning and delivery of luxury events throughout the year
- Attend meetings with clients, partners and industry professionals
- Represent Superyachts.com at networking events and international events
- Assist with guest communications and event logistics where required
Director Support:
- Support the Director across key commercial projects and priorities
- Attend meetings, take notes and track follow-up actions
- Assist with project coordination and day-to-day business activities
- Provide administrative support where required
Requirements:
- Based in London or within a reasonable commuting distance of North West London (hybrid working)
- Hold a valid passport with no travel restrictions and be able to travel internationally when required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident, proactive and comfortable building relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- A genuine interest in luxury brands, events and business development
- Experience in the luxury, events, hospitality or superyacht industries would be advantageous, but is not essential
Benefits:
- £28,000-£34,000 base salary, depending on experience
- £50,000-£60,000 OTE with uncapped commission
