Superyachts. com is the definitive luxury yachting and lifestyle website and a leading independent online resource for high-net-worth individuals looking to charter, purchase, build or refit a superyacht.

Reaching a global audience, we work with leading businesses across the superyacht and wider luxury industries, supporting them through digital media, content, marketing and international events.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly organised, personable and commercially minded Commercial & Client Relations Executive to join our team.

The Role

This is a varied, relationship-led role combining client communication, commercial support and day-to-day business coordination.

Working closely with the Director, you will help identify and progress new business opportunities, support relationships with prospective and existing clients, coordinate meetings and follow-ups, and assist with a range of commercial projects across Superyachts. com and our portfolio of international luxury events.

This is not a high-volume or hard-selling sales role.

We are looking for someone who is confident speaking with people, comfortable following up on opportunities and naturally good at building relationships, while also being highly organised, reliable and detail-oriented.

The role would suit someone with previous experience in sales support, client services, account management, executive assistance, PA work, luxury hospitality, events or business development, who is looking for a position that combines commercial awareness with relationship management and organisation.

No two days will be the same.

You may be researching prospective clients, preparing proposals, coordinating meetings and travel, following up with industry contacts, or supporting client activity at an international yacht show.

  • Ensure client communications and follow-ups are handled efficiently and professionally.
  • Business & Director Support
  • Work closely with the Director across key priorities and day-to-day business activities.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, travel and appointments.
  • Attend selected meetings, take notes and track follow-up actions.
  • Support the coordination of commercial projects, deadlines and priorities.
  • Act as a reliable point of contact between the Director, clients and internal teams.
  • Provide general administrative and organisational support where required.
  • Events & Industry Relationships
  • Support the planning and delivery of luxury events throughout the year.
  • Attend client meetings, networking events and international yacht shows.
  • Help coordinate client and partner communications around events.
  • Represent Superyachts. com professionally when meeting clients and industry contacts.
  • Assist with event logistics, guest management and commercial activations where required
