Job Description The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day production/manufacturing of specialist liquid waste vacuum tankers and jetting equipment. The role will include managing shop-floor operations, assembly teams, welding quality, health and safety compliance, and production targets. Role Specification Planning and maintaining the production schedule Managing production resources, including equipment and facilities Monitoring productivity rates and product standards and implementing quality control programmes Ensuring customer orders are completed on time and to budget and that quality standards and targets are met Monitoring welder prolongation requirements and coordinating sign-off Liaising across local and group teams to ensure a smooth and efficient production process, making sure everyone is aware of any process changes and improvements Identifying opportunities to improve processes to increase productivity, and reduce costs Responsible for recruitment of factory personnel alongside Group HR Manager Conducting performance reviews for factory personnel Identifying
