We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and proactive HR Advisor to join our HR Team. Reporting to the HR Manager, the successful candidate will contribute to the delivery of a proactive and customer focused HR Service across the organisation.
Alongside the current HR Team, this role will provide effective support, guidance and advice to managers and colleagues on a comprehensive range of HR matters including:
- Employee relations
- Policy and process
- Recruitment
- Training and development
Location: Nunnery Depot – Hybrid working arrangements can be discussed – minimum 2 days on site per week.
