We employ around 65 people from our head office in Smethwick and over 700 people at our own garment factory in Karachi, Pakistan. We're looking for a Head of Operations to take ownership of everything that happens between an order landing and a customer receiving exactly what they asked for, on time, accurately, and safely. The opportunity This is a senior, hands-on leadership role with real authority.
