Our client is looking for an experienced Project Administrator to join an exciting redevelopment project, helping to transform one of North Wales’s most treasured landmarks into a hub of history, culture, and innovation. As the Project Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the smooth delivery of this redevelopment. Working closely with the project team, you will ensure administrative processes run efficiently, supporting the project's goals of sustainability, learning, and community engagement. Your key responsibilities will include: Raising and processing departmental purchase orders and invoices Managing diaries, coordinate meetings, liaising with relevant staff and stakeholders Supporting project workstreams by preparing agendas, taking accurate meeting minutes, and maintaining records Monitoring and improving administrative processes, working collaboratively with colleagues Managing departmental files and folders, ensuring accurate documentation Organising bookings for outreach activities Arranging travel, room setup, and catering for meetings, ensuring seamless coordination.
