Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient client engagement and programme delivery
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and other practical arrangements
- Taking calls and dealing with enquiries
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure data compliance across multiple systems
- Process documentation and support reporting in line with organisational and contractual requirements
To be successful, you will need
- Proven administration and customer support experience
- Strong IT skills, including MS Office 365 and the ability to use CRM systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage time effectively, prioritise tasks, and work independently or as part of a team
- Organised, flexible, and proactive approach with attention to detail
