Responsibilities
- Planning and delivering recruitment events including Open Days, Applicant Days and virtual events
- Coordinating venues, schedules, staffing, equipment and communications
- Supporting external recruitment fairs and annual ceremonies
- Working with Marketing to promote events and track registrations
- Producing event plans, timelines and post-event reviews
- Monitoring budgets and reporting on outcomes
Qualifications
- Event coordination experience
- Strong organisational and record-keeping skills
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication
- Confidence using MS Office and virtual event platforms
- A professional, detail-focused and guest-centred approach
- Flexibility to support occasional evening/weekend events
What’s on offer
Temporary contract until September 2026, full time (37 hours per week, Monday–Friday). Based in Wrexham with occasional weekend events (time off in lieu provided). Hourly rate £14.00 plus benefits including weekly pay and holiday accrual.
