In the Call Centre Advisor role, you will be:
- Responding to customer enquiries through multiple communication channels including phone, email, Live Chat, and SMS
- Booking, amending, and managing customer appointments efficiently
- Making proactive outbound calls to optimise appointment schedules and promote relevant offers
- Accurately updating customer records and interactions within the CRM system
- Delivering a consistently professional, empathetic, and high-quality customer experience
To be successful in the Call Centre Advisor role you will need:
- Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment
- Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-focused in busy or challenging situations
- Strong telephone manner, including handling sensitive or complaint-based calls
- Empathy and patience, particularly when supporting customers with communication difficulties
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong team-player mindset
- Flexibility to work a rotating shift pattern
This is a temporary position for an initial 12-week period, working full time hours on a 4-week rotating shift pattern, including 1 Saturday in a month. You'll be based in modern, accessible offices in Llandudno, starting on an hourly rate of £12.21 per hour + benefits of weekly pay and holiday accrual.
