Responsibilities
- Managing reception duties, including greeting visitors, dealing with queries and answering calls
- Providing general administrative support to staff
- Handling correspondence, filing, photocopying and data entry
- Assisting with day-to-day office tasks to ensure smooth operations
To be successful, you will need
- Previous experience in administration / reception
- Fluency in Welsh (essential due to the nature of the organisation)
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- A friendly, professional, and approachable manner
- A current DBS certificate, or willingness to complete one
