Our client is a category-defining startup building the operating system for institutional residential real estate investment. By digitizing the full investment lifecycle—from sourcing and valuation to asset management—they enable institutional investors to deploy capital into residential markets with a speed and scale previously unavailable.

This is a core early commercial hire based in London. You will work directly with the founder to build the company’s sales engine from the ground up, owning meaningful revenue targets and running full-cycle sales with UK-based and international institutional investors. This is a high-impact position for a strategic "hunter" who wants to shape a GTM strategy and engage senior stakeholders in one of the world's primary financial hubs.

The Responsibilities

  • Own the full commercial cycle. Manage the journey from prospecting and discovery to high-stakes pitch and closing.
  • Target institutional-grade capital. Close deals with sophisticated entities, including global funds, asset managers, and family offices.
  • Build the GTM engine. Iterate on the sales narrative and design deal structures alongside the founders.
  • Lead with structure and insight. Manage a high-quality pipeline through outbound efforts and partner activations.
  • Bridge the gap between Sales and Product. Provide direct market feedback to ensure the platform meets investor needs.

The Skills & Competencies

  • 3–7 years in B2B SaaS or consultative sales. Proven track record of closing complex deals.
  • Senior stakeholder management. Credible when engaging with C-level executives and investment teams.
  • High ownership mindset. You thrive in early-stage ambiguity and are self-driven.
  • Compelling storyteller. Ability to translate complex value propositions into powerful narratives.
  • Language skills. Professional fluency in English is required.
