The Role

We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our growing Client Services (Brand Partnerships) team. Reporting to a Senior Account Manager, you’ll play a key supporting role in delivering brand partnerships across our UK festivals - helping ensure campaigns are fulfilled smoothly, clients are delighted, and partnerships deliver genuine impact. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead on the account management of dedicated roster of brand partners, being our partners' day-to-day contact for the duration of their contract, developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Support the Senior Account Manager across portfolio brand partnerships (strategic accounts), managing certain work streams and supporting on others.
  • Track rights delivery and update rights management software for internal and external reporting.
  • Maintain project timelines and critical paths to ensure delivery stays on track across multiple festivals.
  • Prepare client documents such as contact reports, post-event evaluations, and presentations.
  • Attend status meetings, take notes, and track actions to ensure follow-up and accountability.
  • Upsell additional inventory including advertising, tickets and hospitality.
  • Responsible for accurate billing.
  • Coordinate guestlist and ticket allocations for clients, ensuring processes run smoothly.
  • Work closely with the Partnerships Operations Teams to ensure delivery of branded activations, content, and campaign assets.
  • Support on-site delivery at festivals - including client hosting, partnership activation support, and operational delivery.
  • Maintain CRM system for client accounts, updating contact details and deal information.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team and wider Brand Partnerships department to ensure smooth handover of partnerships.
  • Be a proactive communicator, keeping internal and external stakeholders informed on progress, updates, and next steps.
  • Generate ideas and opportunities to deliver extra value to partners, fans, and festivals.
  • Work collaboratively and support the wider team in administrative tasks, where required.

About You

  • You have 1–2 years’ experience in account management, client servicing, events, or marketing (agency, rights holder or brand-side).
  • You’re highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident juggling multiple projects at once.
  • You have commercial acumen, and may have experience in managing budgets and invoices (desirable).
  • You’re a strong communicator, both written and verbal, who enjoys building relationships.
  • You’re a team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • You’re comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • You’re curious, enthusiastic, and excited to grow in the world of live events and brand partnerships.
  • Experience working on-site at festivals or events is a plus (but not essential).
  • A full UK driving licence is preferred.

  • Location: Holborn, London
  • Working pattern: 4 days in the office / 1 day working from home
  • On-site work: Required during festival season (some evenings and weekends)
