Role Summary

We are looking for a Food Manager; however, you will be required to attend the events, helping to manage the delivery and fulfilment. You will be a point of contact for our catering client and traders during the live show, which will involve dealing with queries and ensuring all production requirements are delivered. As this is a sales role, there will be set revenue targets and commission will be based on sales generated against targets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage online booking system and application processes
  • B2B negotiations
  • Cold calling outgoing leads, managing incoming leads; telephone, email and face-to-face sales, generating leads throughout reach work such as going to trade shows
  • Managing and building existing contacts database
  • Advance of trade you’ll demonstrate potential to build strong relationships
  • Enthusiastic and hungry to learn
  • Organisation and prioritisation
  • Ability to multitask and work across several projects at the same time
  • You will display sound communication skills with the ability to build relationships with clients
