Superstore Media is a multidisciplinary marketing and design agency offering impactful, end-to-end marketing solutions across a range of industries. Our expertise spans across social media marketing, branding and graphic design, photography, videography, website design, and sound and motion production. As an agency we pride ourselves in providing our clients with the highest standard of marketing/promotional materials for their business.

This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Glasgow for a Photographer and Videographer. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for visual storytelling and have the technical skills necessary to produce high-quality photo and video content. This role involves capturing, editing, and producing visuals that align with both our brand and our clients’ vision and objectives. The successful applicant must be proficient in photography, videography, lighting, and colour grading. The ability to travel to various shoot locations across the country is essential.

Duties
  • Capture high-quality video footage for various projects, including promotional videos, events, and interviews.
  • Produce compelling photography that effectively promotes businesses across diverse industries.
  • Perform professional image editing and retouching to improve visual quality while preserving true-to-life colour and detail.
  • Edit raw photos & video footage into polished final products using industry-standard software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Premiere Pro & DaVinci Resolve.
  • Perform colour grading to ensure visually appealing and consistent video quality.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop creative concepts and storyboards for various photo & video projects.
  • Utilise Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and visual effects to enhance video content (Preferred but not essential to the role).
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Maintain an organised library of photo & video assets on our company Dropbox, ensuring easy access for future use.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, editing techniques, and visual storytelling practices.
Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of videography and lighting techniques.
  • Strong photography and photo editing skills.
  • Must have a demonstrable background with previous work.
  • Proficiency in industry standard software, particularly Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Premiere Pro & DaVinci Resolve.
  • Experience in colour grading to achieve high-quality video aesthetics.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively across multiple projects.
  • A creative mindset with strong attention to detail and storytelling ability.
  • Experience in Hospitality Photography & Videography is preferred but not essential.
  • A portfolio showcasing previous photography, videography & editing work.
  • Ability to travel to various shoot locations across the country.
