This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Finance Controller / Finance Director to join a nationally respected business who are going from strength to strength. The Role – This Finance Controller position will see you take full ownership of the finance function, operating as both a strategic partner and hands-on lead within a growing business. Key responsibilities include: * Full responsibility for the finance function as Finance Controller * Delivery of monthly management accounts, financial reporting, and analysis * Ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning * Acting as a business partner to senior leadership and international stakeholders * Ensuring strong financial controls, governance, and compliance * Managing year-end processes, audit, and statutory reporting * Driving improvements across finance systems, processes, and reporting The Candidate – We are looking for a high-calibre qualified accountant ready to step into a Finance Controller or Finance Director role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
