My globally recognised food manufacturer is looking to add a Site Services Engineer to their maintenance team! They have experienced unprecedented growth even during COVID, so it really is a great time to join them! They are considered one of the best employers in the UK within the food industry for culture, growth opportunities, factory and tech, and importantly stability.
Due to the nature of the business, the role will be diverse. Typical duties and responsibilities will include:
- Providing both Reactive & PPM of site services
- Managing and controlling site utilities
- Working with Boilers, Cooling Towers, Water Treatment and Effluent, Air Compressors, fire alarms and sprinkler systems, Refrigeration and other site services equipment
- Complying with health and safety systems and responsibilities
- Completing reports and paperwork as required
- Management of site contractors
My client is very open to background, albeit food, FMCG, manufacturing, automotive, heavy industry etc. You will have a recognised engineering qualification, and ideally a Boiler qualification / legionella qualification (although full training is offered).
