We\’re seeking a skilled Project Administrator / Project Coordinator to oversee projects from order to handover, ensuring seamless delivery, exceptional quality, and client satisfaction.
The RoleAs Project Coordinator, you\’ll lead all project activities—from materials management to delivery, installation, and client handover. You\’ll coordinate teams, manage subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full project lifecycle
Act as primary contact for clients, contractors, and internal teams.
Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and risk assessments.
Coordinate site surveys, pre-installation planning, and logistics.
Oversee subcontractors and installation teams, ensuring compliance with company standards.
Conduct snagging, quality checks, and completion documentation.
Ensure all projects comply with Health & Safety regulations and company policies.
Lead and develop a small team of project coordinators, logistics staff, and installers.
Promote continuous improvement and cross-departmental alignment.
What We\’re Looking For
Project management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2, APM).
Proven experience managing complex manufacturing or installation projects.
Strong organisational, planning, and problem‐solving skills.
Experience coordinating logistics and managing subcontractors.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Competent in MS Office; working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems.
Full UK driving licence.
Desirable
Experience in seating, furniture, or transport interiors.
Familiarity with CDM 2015 regulations and site compliance.
IOSH Managing Safely or SMSTS.
Degree or HND in Engineering, Logistics, or Business.
