Our client is seeking up to 14 Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineers to join their high-performing engineering team.

The Role
As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you'll play a key role in ensuring the reliability and performance of advanced automated warehouse and logistics equipment.
You'll carry out planned preventative maintenance, respond to breakdowns, diagnose faults, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that maximise uptime and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on automated warehouse and logistics systems.
- Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults efficiently.
- Minimise downtime through effective fault finding and problem solving.
- Support continuous improvement projects and equipment upgrades.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with company procedures.
- Work collaboratively with operations and engineering colleagues to maintain peak site performance.
About You
- Recognised engineering qualification (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, HNC or equivalent).
- Multi-skilled maintenance experience with a strong electrical bias.
- Previous experience within FMCG, manufacturing, production, warehousing, logistics, or automated environments will be considered.
- Strong fault-finding skills on electrical and mechanical systems.
- A proactive approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
