We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established and respected food manufacturing business, for a Production Operator to join their team. The Role
As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for running production lines and ensuring high-quality finished goods are produced in line with company and regulatory standards. You’ll play a key role in maintaining efficiency, quality, and safety across the production process.
Key responsibilities include:
- Operating and monitoring production lines to ensure optimum output and efficiency
- Producing raw materials, bespoke mixes, and finished goods to required specifications
- Assisting with assembly, packing, and general production tasks
- Working closely with production planners and team members to meet deadlines
- Carrying out food safety and quality checks in line with company procedures
- Completing production records and documentation accurately
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene, housekeeping, and “clean as you go” practices
- Reporting hazards, near misses, and any breaches of procedures
- Supporting cleaning activities and general site maintenance as required

- Adhering to all Health & Safety, Food Safety, and company regulations
- Ensuring the production environment meets strict hygiene and safety standards
