We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Multi Skilled Engineer to join a high-performing engineering team within a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for a maintenance engineer who is experienced in keeping production lines running efficiently and minimising downtime. If you are a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer, Electrical Engineer, or Shift Engineer with experience in industrial engineering, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing and well-invested business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on FMCG production machinery
- Perform electrical fault finding and mechanical diagnostics to reduce downtime
- Maintain and repair automated production lines, conveyors, motors, sensors, and control systems
- Support continuous improvement (CI) and reliability projects across site
- Work closely with production to ensure maximum equipment uptime and efficiency
- Assist with installations, commissioning, and upgrades of new machinery
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
