Are you an Engineering Supervisor / Engineering Team Leader / Shift Engineer with some leadership experience and a strong background in the food or FMCG sector, looking for an exciting new role with a rapidly expanding, market leading FMCG company? This is a unique opportunity for exactly that.

My client is a rapidly growing FMCG manufacturer who are going through an exceptional period of growth and outside investment. There simply isn’t a better time to join!

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the role will be wonderfully diverse. You will be leading a small team of Shift Engineers. This will involve:

  • Planning and delegating their workload
  • Writing and maintaining the PPM / CMMS with a focus on improving reliability and site wide improvements
  • Performance management with the ultimate aim of getting your team working happily, efficiently and effectively
  • Spending plenty of time on the tools

With a huge amount of investment currently happening, you will also be involved in project work with ongoing improvements throughout. There will also be an impetus towards Lean and CI / RCA, and long-term fixes.
