The Role: As a Conveyancer, you will be an integral part of the team, providing expert legal advice and services throughout the conveyancing process. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of residential and/or commercial conveyancing matters from inception to completion.
  • Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other parties involved in property transactions.
  • Conduct property searches, draft contracts, and handle all associated legal documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with legal regulations and industry standards throughout each case.
  • Provide clear and concise legal advice to clients, keeping them updated at every stage of the process.
  • Manage and prioritize workload to meet deadlines efficiently.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience as a Conveyancer (residential and/or commercial).
  • Strong knowledge of property law and the conveyancing process.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently and accurately.
  • Ideally, qualified as a Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer (though not essential for the right candidate).
