Are you an experienced FMCG Engineering Manager / Chief Engineer looking for a very exciting new challenge? Our East Anglian based client is a rapidly growing FMCG manufacturer going through an exceptional period of growth and investment. There simply isn’t a better time to join.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a diverse maintenance function, planning and delegating workloads, and writing and maintaining PPM / CMMS.
Performance management and budgetary control with the aim of ensuring your team works happily, efficiently and effectively.
Drive ongoing improvements and manage project work as investment and installations occur across the site.
Take full control of the engineering budget, including P&L responsibility.
Work closely with other Senior Managers on site to ensure the engineering strategy is aligned with site-wide goals and success.
Foster a genuine team-based culture and ensure cultural fit within a close-knit site.

Qualifications

FMCG experience is key, with a proven background in this sector as a Senior Engineering Manager / Head of Engineering / Chief Engineer.
Demonstrable experience in managing maintenance, projects, and engineering budgets in a fast-moving environment.
Location: East of England; willing to be part of a rapidly growing food manufacturer undergoing substantial investment.
