Chief Engineer East of England Up to £90k basic, plus benefits Are you an experienced FMCG Engineering Manager / Chief Engineer looking for a very exciting new challenge? My East Anglian based client is a rapidly growing FMCG manufacturer who are going through an exceptional period of growth and investment. There simply isn’t a better time to join! The role will be wonderfully diverse, combining elements of team management whilst ensuring the engineering strategy for the site is on the correct path for huge success! Working closely with other Senior Managers on site you will be gifted with plenty of autonomy to get the results you want! You will be managing a diverse maintenance function, and this will involve planning and delegating workloads, writing and maintaining PPM / CMMS, performance management, budgetary control, with the ultimate aim of getting your team working happily, efficiently and effectively! With a huge amount of investment currently happening you will also be involved in project work with ongoing improvements and installations happening throughout. You will also have full control of the engineering budget, including controlling P&L. As a close knit site, the cultural fit is absolute key, therefore my client is looking for genuine team players who want to be part of the exciting journey that they are currently on! FMCG experience is key, as is a proven background in this sector as a Senior Engineering Manager / Head of Engineering / Chief Engineer.
