As part of their continued growth across North America and the Caribbean, they are seeking an ambitious and proactive Business Development Executive / Lead Generation Executive to join their commercial team.

Working closely with senior commercial stakeholders, you will play a key role in identifying potential projects, engaging decision-makers and generating qualified opportunities within a thriving international market.

The Role
As a Business Development Executive / Lead Generation Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients and projects throughout North America and the Caribbean. Using a combination of market research, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, email campaigns and telephone outreach, you will engage key decision-makers and generate qualified meetings for the senior commercial team. You will become a crucial link between marketing activity, market intelligence and new business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective clients through targeted outbound activity including telephone, email and LinkedIn.
- Research airports, architects, consultants, contractors and other project stakeholders to identify key decision-makers.
- Monitor industry publications, exhibitions, events and social media channels to identify upcoming project opportunities.
- Qualify prospects against agreed criteria and convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Arrange discovery meetings and presentations for Regional Directors.
- Maintain accurate records of all prospecting activity within the CRM system.
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline of opportunities.
- Work closely with commercial and marketing teams to align business development strategies.
- Support the continued expansion of the company's presence across North America and the Caribbean.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a Business Development Executive, Lead Generation Executive, Sales Executive, Internal Sales, Telesales or similar outbound sales role.
- Experience within manufacturing.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confident speaking with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Experience using CRM systems and LinkedIn for business development activities.
- Highly self-motivated with excellent organisational skills.
- Resilient and comfortable working within a proactive outbound sales environment.
- Target-driven with a proven ability to achieve activity and performance objectives.
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator would be advantageous.
