About the role
We are seeking an experiencedOperations Analyst toplay a key role in optimising business processes, improve operational efficiency, and support data-driven decision-making.
You will play a key role in driving operational excellence, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring our operational strategies align with our business goals.
The ideal candidate will possesstrong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a keen eye for operational detail.
What you\’ll get up to:

Take ownership of key operational processes, ensuring they are executed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with all relevant regulations.

Act as the subject matter expert for specific workflows, providing guidance and support to other team members.

Serve as a HubSpot power user, actively administering and optimising workflows, automation, and reporting to enhance operational efficiency.

Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless HubSpot integration and effective utilisation across all operational touch points.

Drive data hygiene and integrity within HubSpot, ensuring accurate and reliable data for reporting and decision-making.

Proactively analyse operational data and KPIs to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.

Lead small-scale process improvement initiatives from conception to implementation, with a focus on delivering tangible benefits.

Help foster a culture of continuous improvement within the operations team.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, acting as a key point of contact for operational queries and escalations.

Collaborate with the Operations Lead to align team activities with broader business goals.
About you:
-
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an operational role within the UK insurance industry.

Proven experience as a HubSpot user or administrator, with a strong understanding of its CRM, Service Hub, and workflow automation capabilities.

Solid understanding of the UK insurance market, including regulatory requirements (e.g., FCA rules).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with various teams and stakeholders.

Highly organised, meticulous, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
