About the role
Superscript is on the lookout for a dynamic and commercially driven Head of PMO to establish and lead our Project Management Office for a 12 month FTC.
You’ll be instrumental in setting Superscript up for success by driving strategic transformation initiatives, designing a robust PMO framework and ensuring seamless customer experiences across our omni-channel insurance brokerage.
What you’ll get up to:
- Design and implement a best-in-class PMO function, defining governance, processes, and reporting standards

About you:
- Proven experience setting up and leading a PMO function in a scaling, fast-paced environment
- Strong track record of delivering high priority, business-critical projects
- Experience working in insurance, financial services, or regulated industries
- Deep understanding of omni-channel distribution models (online, digital, and offline)
- Strong grasp of project governance, risk management, and financial planning
- Highly skilled in Agile, Prince2, or similar project methodologies
- Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence at all levels
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a collaborative leadership style
