About the role
The Commercial SME Sales Executive will play a crucial role in the sales process, handling both inbound & outbound inquiries & proactively reaching out to potential clients.
Our position involves understanding client needs, explaining commercial insurance products, and converting leads into satisfied clients.
The goal is to generate revenue by effectively selling insurance policies while ensuring customer satisfaction.
This role will attract a fast learner who is a self-motivated, resilient & target-driven with the ability to operate independently where required, who will also hold a confident telephone manner and excellent written communication skills.
What you\’ll get up to:
- Proactively reach out to potential clients through both inbound & outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Generate leads and build a pipeline of prospect clients.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for new business development.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and leads generated through various channels.
