Our Business Development Lead - Medtech & Life Science will be responsible for driving business growth across both UK & European markets. This role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and leading sales initiatives to expand Superscripts Medtech & Life Science footprint.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Medtech & Life Science landscape, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record in new business development.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy for the Medtech & Life Science market.
- Identify, engage, and secure new clients in the Medtech & Life Sciences field, including Biotech, Pharma and Healthcare organisations, including joint ventures and market expansion initiatives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing & Partnerships to align business development efforts with company goals, including delivery RFP’s.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Monitor and report on key business development metrics and performance indicators.
5+ years of experience in senior business development, sales & strategic client relationship management within the Medtech & Life Science market.
- Strong understanding of UK & European business regulations, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Experience negotiating and building relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ability to travel as required.
