About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our warehouse operations through accurate and efficient administration. You will work closely with the warehouse and transport teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing all warehouse documentation using our Warehouse Management System (Freighttracker).
  • Accurately entering jobs and costings into the system.
  • Processing inbound and outbound orders, ensuring all details are correct and up to date.
  • Assisting with transport scheduling and coordinating with drivers and clients as needed.
  • Monitoring and maintaining records to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Providing general administrative support to the warehouse and logistics teams.

About You

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or administration is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Freighttracker or similar warehouse management systems will be highly regarded but not essential (training provided).
