Superphone Repair Consultancy Ltd is looking for a skilled Mobile Repair Technician to diagnose and repair mobile devices. The Mobile Repair Technician will be responsible for diagnosing issues, performing hardware and software repairs, and ensuring that all repairs meet the company's standards of excellence.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot a variety of mobile device issues, including hardware malfunctions, software glitches, and connectivity problems.
- Repair and replace faulty components, including screens, batteries, charging ports, cameras, and motherboards.
- Maintain accurate records of all repairs, including parts used and time spent.
- Provide technical support and advice to customers, answering queries regarding their mobile devices.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace.
- Assist with stock management, ensuring repair parts and tools are readily available.
Skills and Education:
- Proven experience in Mobile Repairing or a similar role
- Strong technical knowledge of mobile phone hardware and software, including various brands (iOS, Android, etc.).
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively and efficiently.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
