This is a full-time, on-site role as a Reception Supervisor, based just on the outskirts of Glasgow. The Reception Supervisor will oversee daily reception operations, ensuring high-quality customer service and efficient management of front desk activities.
Responsibilities include:
- Supervising reception staff
- Coordinating schedules
- Handling customer inquiries
- Maintaining a welcoming and professional reception environment
- Training new team members
- Implementing operational procedures
- Addressing any client or team concerns swiftly and effectively
Qualifications:
- Strong Supervisory Skills and experience in managing a team
- Exceptional Customer Service and Receptionist Duties experience
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Training and mentoring team members
- Ability to multitask, solve problems effectively, and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in hospitality or related industries is advantageous
- Proficiency in office management software and tools is desirable
