Across all our brands, our core values drive us to take proactive ownership of our actions, treat everyone with respect, and collaborate as a unified team. Together, we continuously strive for excellence and embrace growth to deliver exceptional experiences and outstanding results.

Position Summary

The Kitchen Team Member is the engine of our delivery-only dark kitchen operation. Because there is no front-of-house, this role is 100% focused on food quality, speed, and accuracy for Deliveroo orders. This dynamic position requires energetic individuals capable of managing the grill and fryer for Supernova, executing the precise shaping and baking required for Cr me, and ensuring seamless daily operations by opening and closing the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparation & Execution: Take hands-on responsibility for the grill and fry stations, executing perfect smashes and accurate burger builds; and for shaping and baking cookies to Cr me's exact standards.
  • Delivery Order Accuracy: Promptly prep and pack Deliveroo orders, ensuring every bag handed to a driver is complete and correct.
  • Operational shifts: Reliably and confidently execute full open and close procedures for the dark kitchen as part of a dedicated team.
  • Cleanliness: Wash dishes, clean equipment, and maintain the kitchen prep stations and facilities, ensuring they are spotless at all times.
  • Stock Control: Receive incoming deliveries and organise storage areas efficiently to maintain a smooth kitchen flow.
  • Additional Duties: Undertake other responsibilities and similar tasks as requested by management to support the smooth operation of the business.

Key Requirements

  • Experience: No prior experience is required, though previous kitchen or hospitality experience is a great advantage.
  • Work Ethic: Hardworking, reliable, and capable of manual tasks in a high-volume, delivery-focused environment.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work varied shifts tailored to delivery peaks, including weekends, evenings, opens, and closes.
  • Attitude: Enthusiastic, willing to learn, and able to thrive as part of a close-knit team.

Company Benefits

  • Generous Discounts: 50% discount across all BVC Hospitality venues and CODE app membership.
  • Enhanced Holiday Package: One extra day for each year of service (up to 5 days).
  • Enhanced Maternity/Paternity Pay.
  • Long service rewards.
  • Birthday gift and referral bonuses.

If you're ready to master both London's crispiest smashed burgers and our famous gooey cookies-working as part of a tight-knit pair-we'd love to hear from you.
