Position Summary The Kitchen Assistant supports the BOH operations by assisting with food preparation, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and ensuring the team have everything they need for a smooth service. Key Responsibilities Preparation: Assist with basic food prep, including chopping, portioning, and organising ingredients. Cleanliness: Wash dishes, clean equipment, and maintain a spotless kitchen environment. Stock Control: Receive deliveries and organise storage areas. Support: Work closely with the team to ensure food goes out efficiently. Additional Duties: Undertake other responsibilities and similar tasks as requested by management to support the smooth operation of the business. Key Requirements Experience: Previous kitchen experience is helpful but not mandatory. Work Ethic: Hardworking, reliable, and capable of manual tasks.
