Supernova Studio is a creative project management studio based in Madrid, working internationally across hospitality, real estate, fashion, music, and lifestyle. We manage and represent the work of our in‑house Creative Director & Talent, Adrià Simó (Photographer / Videographer), producing premium visual content for brands and clients worldwide. While our HQ is in Madrid, our projects and clients are international.
The Role
We are looking for a freelance, commission-based Visual Booker / Commercial Partner to generate and secure high‑value photography and video bookings. This is a purely commercial role. This role is ideal for someone with a producer background—film, fashion, music, advertising, events, or luxury hospitality—who already understands budgets, pricing, negotiations, and client expectations at a premium level.
Responsibilities
- Source and secure photography & video clients within the stated industries
- Manage outreach, pitching, and client negotiations
- Present pricing or collaborate on deal structuring when required
- Close contracts and confirm bookings
- Operate autonomously with a results‑driven mindset
- No operational, logistical, or on‑set responsibilities unless explicitly agreed in writing.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a booker, agent, or producer in photography, videography, or creative production
- Established client network in Europe and/or the USA
- Strong negotiation, communication, and commercial instincts
- Comfortable selling high‑ticket creative services
- Fully autonomous and remote‑ready
- Legally registered as freelance / self‑employed (autónomo, SL, or equivalent)
Compensation
- Commission‑only freelance role
- 10–20% commission (DOE) on our photographer's fee per confirmed booking
- No fixed salary or retainer
