We’re looking for exceptional team members to join the crew at Supernova, our bold and energetic smashed burger concept, in South Kensington. Known for our lively vibe and unforgettable burgers, Supernova is all about energy, flavour, and fast-paced fun — redefining London’s quick-service dining scene.
As a team member at Supernova, you’ll be the face of the brand — helping deliver amazing guest experiences, fast, friendly service, and high-energy vibes from the front line. Whether you’re greeting guests, taking orders or keeping the space spotless, you’ll be a vital part of a tight-knit crew that keeps things moving. This is a perfect role for someone who’s passionate about people, food, and hustle — and wants to be part of something fresh from day one.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Provide warm, upbeat, and efficient service to all guests
- Take and process orders with accuracy and enthusiasm
- Deliver food and drinks promptly, keeping quality and presentation in mind
- Keep the front-of-house area clean, stocked, and welcoming at all times
- Support the kitchen team by running food and helping with prep if needed
- Communicate clearly and positively with your team throughout service
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene procedures
- Represent the Supernova energy with every shift
- Minimum 6 months of hospitality or customer-facing experience
- Friendly, energetic, and people-focused personality
- Ability to multitask and stay cool in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communicator with a proactive attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and always ready to help the team
