We’re looking for an exceptional Supervisor to join the team at Supernova Kensington, our bold and energetic smashed burger concept in the heart of London. As Supervisor at Supernova South Kensington, you’ll be a key part of the leadership team — supporting daily operations, keeping service smooth, and motivating your team to deliver the energy and hospitality we’re known for. You’ll be the go‑to person on shift: managing front-of-house flow, helping coordinate with the kitchen, and ensuring every guest gets fast, friendly, top-tier service. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and support the team during service
- Ensure smooth coordination for quick, accurate orders

- Manage tills, stock, and daily opening/closing procedures
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with professionalism and positivity

KEY REQUIREMENTS
- At least 1 year of supervisory or shift leader experience in a fast‑paced hospitality environment
