As a Part-Time Team Member at Supernova Mayfair, you’ll be the face of the brand — helping deliver amazing guest experiences, fast, friendly service, and high-energy vibes from the front line. Whether you're greeting guests, taking orders or keeping the space spotless, you’ll play a key role in supporting the team and keeping service moving smoothly during our busiest periods. This is a perfect role for someone who’s passionate about people, food, and hospitality, and is looking for flexible part-time work within a fun, fast-paced environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide warm, upbeat, and efficient service to all guests
- Take and process orders with accuracy and enthusiasm
- Keep the front-of-house area clean, stocked, and welcoming at all times
- Support the team by helping with prep and grill if needed
- Communicate clearly and positively with your team throughout service
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene procedures
- Represent the Supernova energy with every shift
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 6 months of hospitality or customer-facing experience preferred
- Friendly, energetic, and people-focused personality
- Ability to multitask and stay cool in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communicator with a proactive attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and always ready to support the team
