As a team member at Supernova South Kensington, you’ll be the face of the brand — helping deliver amazing guest experiences, fast, friendly service, and high-energy vibes from the front line. Whether you're greeting guests, taking orders or keeping the space spotless, you’ll be a vital part of a tight-knit crew that keeps things moving. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Provide warm, upbeat, and efficient service to all guests
- Take and process orders with accuracy and enthusiasm
- Deliver food and drinks promptly, keeping quality and presentation in mind
- Keep the front-of-house area clean, stocked, and welcoming at all times
- Support the kitchen team by running food and helping with prep if needed
- Communicate clearly and positively with your team throughout service
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene procedures
- Represent the Supernova energy with every shift
- Minimum 6 months of hospitality or customer-facing experience
- Friendly, energetic, and people-focused personality
